Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns: Products are returnable only if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

Reporting Issues: Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Refund/Replacement: After verification, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement. Refunds are credited within 7–10 working days.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: Perishable products such as fresh sweets or opened food items cannot be returned.
